Many of our customers are looking to increase the size of a current wall opening to accomplish more of an 'open-concept' feel to their house like on the HGTV design shows. 

On this recent completed project you can see a 3 photo collage showing the before picture of the wall just opened up.   The second picture shows the opening widen with our installation of a LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) beam.   You can also see the original HVAC ducts on the right side of the 1st photo have now been reworked tightly to the wall to increase the width of the opening.  The final picture shows the completed job with drywall.

Oakville Kitchens Before & After

These are our Oakville kitchens with before & after pictures of a recent  renovations that we completed.  As you can see in the before picture at the top that the kitchen was closed off to the dining room located to the right of the kitchen.    On the after picture you see the beautiful kitchen renovation by Toronto Custom Concepts but you also see that we opened up the non-load bearing wall to introduce a new butlers pantry opening directly to the dining room...Hope you like this oakville kitchen and home renovation.

Structural Wall Removal Before and After Pics

This renovation was a Toronto bungalow home renovation which required the removal of an interior load bearing wall to accommodate an open concept floor layout between the kitchen and the family room.

The renovation included obtaining the necessary building permits based on the engineer drawings. Then after properly securing and supporting the home and addressing all necessary city code inspections, we then installed 28 foot LVL beams across the centre of the home.  Once completed, the additional open space provided plenty of room for our clients new custom kitchen island that they added into the scope of this renovation.

Fireplace Wallunit Before & After

This family room remodeling project by Toronto Custom Concepts includes a full demo, redesign and rebuild of a new floor to ceiling stone fireplace, along with a new custom built wallunit with TV entertainment system, new hardwood flooring, and a Juliet balcony on the upper floor with wrought iron pickets.   The new design also included rewiring new electrical to embed LED pot lights through out our clients home.

This master bathroom renovation was recently completed by Toronto Custom Concepts.

The Before picture on the left shows the previous bathtub, flooring, wall mirrors and vanity prior to the demolition.

The After picture on the right showcases the beautiful new 24x12 porcelain tiles, 2 tier vanity with white quartz countertops, oversized glass double entry shower doors with integrated shower seating.

As you can see the Before photo on the left had some dated colours and a older bathtub.  Whereas the new After photo on the right showcases a beautiful custom cut quartz countertop and a new glass shower enclosure with built-in seated bench.

Basement Bathroom Remodel

Doing another exciting basement bathroom renovation in Etobicoke.  We just levelled out the bathroom after repositioning some of the plumbing locations.  We are building out a nice custom wall to wall seated bench contained within the shower area with numerous body jets, double rain showerheads and a long linear floor drain channel.  We are looking forward to sharing some more pictures after the final revel once we finish off the bathroom.
