Oakville Staircase Renovation

We did this Oakville staircase renovation as part of an entire home renovation in early 2017.  The original staircase was changed to incorporate a new fresh look so the staircase was finished with black stained handrails along with black newel, tread and nosing.  The staircases have a nice blend of tones with the stunning white balusters and white stringers for a nice contrast for this contemporary home renovation.

The double staircase ran from the second floor upstairs to the main floor and continued down into the basement.   Great job by the crews who tag team on this Oakville staircase renovation!

Toronto IDS 2017

Last week we attending the opening night at the Toronto Interior Design Show...The show was another fantastic event showcasing the latest in home design trends and materials.   Here are a couple of our favourite pictures.

Saw this awesome accent wall wine bottle storage and display system.  Need to incorporate this into one of our future projects.

Dave's favourite is this outdoor BBQ grill from Kalamazoo Gourmet Grills.  It allows you to BBQ your steaks with an Argentinian Style wood fired gaucho grill.  This grill allows precision height above you flames for 100% control by leveraging the stainless steel wheel and adjustable tray.

Basement Office Renovation TorontoCC

This basement office renovation by Toronto Custom Concepts was a speedy renovation whereby our client wanted to be in his office in 3 weeks from initial consultation.   The scope of the basement office renovation included a tear-down of their existing basement, panel upgrade by the licensed electrian, plus 1500 sq ft of new framing, drywall, flooring, trim and painting with a couple of separate offices built-out.

We are continuing with one of our carry-over home renovation projects that we started in late 2016.   Here is a sneak peak of the new fireplace going into the open concept family-room for this home renovation project.
