We completed this home renovation to open up a wall that was
carrying a load was another great project completed by TCC which included
engineering and
architectural drawings,
city inspections and it included us installing a huge 30 foot structural beam across an entire cross section of this beautiful home in a secluded wooded area in west Toronto.
Once the renovation was complete you can see that the home has been opened up significantly and now provides an open concept thru the kitchen to family room with a brand new island and a row of pot-lights to bring all the spaces together nicely.
