Toronto Wall Removal

This Toronto wall removal project included an entire first floor of a 2 storey having all of its interior walls being removed.    As you can imagine, many of the internal walls were load bearing, so we had to work with our engineer on the new drawings and the City for the permits/inspections.   The net result of opening up the entire 1st floor outside of upgrading the staircase, was to incorporate 3 massive I-Beams, multiple LVLs and some steel posts in which we were able to nicely conceal.
