Toronto Open Concept LVL Installations

Here is a picture of a recent Toronto LVL installation to remove an existing internal wall.  We shored up the structure to remove the previous internal load bearing walls and then installed this LVL across a wide span of the family room and kitchen area and tied it all back in the ceiling joists for a flush ceiling and open concept feel

Oakville Load Bearing Wall Removal

This Oakville load bearing wall removal was a great project by Toronto Custom Concepts that removed a load bearing in the back section of this bungalow.   As you can see in the picture the new yellow LVL as been added where the previous interior wall was, and now the load is being carried across the LVL and the new point load carrier posts that run thru in to the basement.   Our engineers that we worked with have completed hundreds of these types of projects, so rest assured that Toronto Custom Concepts can showcase many of our successful client projects that required the removal of a load bearing wall.   Let us know if you have any questions on how to approach this type of project!

Toronto Millwork Wainscoting

Toronto Custom Concepts can design and install a unique and memorable one of a kind millwork accent to your home or commercial renovation project.   In this recently completed project, you can see that we did a very contemporary design of a raise millwork that runs up from the floor up to 3/4 of the wall height.  You can also see how the custom millwork blends beautifully into the window casing.   Hope you like this effect!

Toronto Kitchen Hidden Cabinetry

This kitchen renovation by Toronto Custom Concepts included with hidden cabinetry front that appears to be two pull out cabinet drawers, but the reality is that it is a swinging cabinet door to conceal the family microwave when in use.   The cabinet door swings back to hide the microwave once it is not longer in use... great design idea!

This Toronto panel fridge makes a statement of a unified custom kitchen with appliances being neatly tucked away nicely.  Our client wanted a panel fridge from Toronto Custom Concepts to match with the rest of their custom kitchen cabinetry.
