Oakville Load Bearing Wall Removal

This Oakville load bearing wall removal was a great project by Toronto Custom Concepts that removed a load bearing in the back section of this bungalow.   As you can see in the picture the new yellow LVL as been added where the previous interior wall was, and now the load is being carried across the LVL and the new point load carrier posts that run thru in to the basement.   Our engineers that we worked with have completed hundreds of these types of projects, so rest assured that Toronto Custom Concepts can showcase many of our successful client projects that required the removal of a load bearing wall.   Let us know if you have any questions on how to approach this type of project!
