We create a custom project control book called the 'TCC Project Control Book' for our larger renovation projects to ensure all parties are on the same page when it comes to project execution and deliverables.   We are only one of a few renovation companies in Toronto that implement formal project management methodologies and best practices when it comes to structured delivery of residential home renovation projects.
