Toronto Custom Desk

This custom desk by Toronto Custom Concepts was built to the exact measurements of our clients upstairs office.   You can see that the desk is built with open shelving above and closed pull out drawers running along both sides of the desk for additional storage and built-in seating above.  The design is perfectly balanced on both sides of the room with the two windows (one of each side) providing perfect symmetry to the room.  Great result that our client loves!

This Toronto basement renovation includes new completed floor space for our clients and it provides a great deal of light due to the many oversized basement windows.   We finished the flooring with an engineered hardwood, LED potlights and flush mounted ceiling speakers.

Mississauga Laundry Room Reno

Our Mississauga laundry room reno just wrapped up last month.   Wanted to share with you some of the highlights from this basement laundry room reno in north-west Mississauga area.    We incorporated new white shaker style cabinetry with white quartz countertop and stainless steel sink with hidden grates.  This laundry room also has extendible drying bars and also a long-hanging bar for pressed shirts.  Hope you like it!

Honeywell Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat

Honeywell Wi-fi Smart Thermostat will provide your home or business a modern tool that almost pays for itself based on all the neat technology that Honeywell has incorporated into its Wifi smart thermostat.  

This is a picture of the Honeywell wifi thermostat in our Toronto Custom Concepts Oakville showroom location.   As you can see it has a bright LCD screen with touch command activation with a bunch of manual or automated settings which include automatic temperature control with manual override.  You can change the colour scheme to match a colour theme in your room, for example:  having the same colour on the thermostat to blend with paint colour on the wall.  The unit as also remote access via your mobile smart phone via applications downloaded from the AppStore or Google Play.  It handles both your heating and cooling needs efficiently.  Very neat!

Toronto Custom Closet

This Toronto custom closet project was part of an entire home renovation so this closet was framed from the ground up to exact measurements.  As you can see, we incorporated a section for long hanging jackets along with two half hanging sections along with a series of shoe compartments.  The exterior was completed in a glossy grey finish with a open shelf for daily use items such as mobile phones, keys, wallet etc...  Hope you like it!

Oakville Wine Cellars

This Oakville wine cellars renovation completed last month by Toronto Custom Concepts showcases a more contemporary design to highlight a smaller collection of wines in a home.   The wine cellar display leverages the amazing wall wine racks from VintageView.   These wine racks have a sleek design to them to allow people's attention to be drawn to the wine bottles on display rather that to the racking hardware.   These steel wine racks are well designed and very sturdy when installed correctly. The VintageView racks come in a variety of finishes.    We used the Black Satin finish on this project, but they also come in a Platinum (brushed Nickel), Black Chrome, and Chrome finish to suit your design and colour patterns.   The wine rack can be stacked vertically and they come in a variety of sizes including 12 inch (3 bottles), 24 inch (6 bottles), 36 inch (9 bottles), 48 inch (12 bottles).  The rack also come in 3 different bottle depths (single, double or triple bottles deep).

GTA Home Reno Show

While attending the recent GTA Home Reno Show at the Toronto Airport Convention Centre this weekend, I was thrilled to see the projects completed by Toronto Custom Concepts highlighted at the BILD reno experts booth powered by Reno & Decor.   We were happy to have our work showcased in three categories:  Renovations under $75k, Renovations between $150-300k, and Renovations between $300-500k.

Toronto Modern Fireplace TV

This modern fireplace and TV family room was part of a major home renovation that we completed last month.   The scope of the project was very large including building out this new fireplace and TV/wallunit.   The complete space is more than 12 feet wide but the design makes it look complete by incorporate a cabinet doors on the left side with a grey ledge running along the bottom and then a sleek fireplace with tile surround running from the floor to ceiling with a TV in a centrepiece.

Sliding Barn Board Door by TorontoCC

This sliding barn board door designed and renovated by Toronto Custom Concepts is another example of us incorporating a traditional sliding barn board door and tying it into a very contemporary home renovation that we just completed.   The sliding barn board door is the entry way between the home-owners office and their living space.   The door was stained in a dark charcoal colour to complement the black millwork and trim that we installed thru-out the home.

Oakville Staircase Renovation

We did this Oakville staircase renovation as part of an entire home renovation in early 2017.  The original staircase was changed to incorporate a new fresh look so the staircase was finished with black stained handrails along with black newel, tread and nosing.  The staircases have a nice blend of tones with the stunning white balusters and white stringers for a nice contrast for this contemporary home renovation.

The double staircase ran from the second floor upstairs to the main floor and continued down into the basement.   Great job by the crews who tag team on this Oakville staircase renovation!
