Basement Windows Renovation

This Toronto basement renovation with two windows was completed recently in an upscale home in last month by TCC.    When designing your basement layout, it is important to visualize how you want your windows to look once your basement has been renovated.  We suggest you consider the following items:  minimal drywall joins due to any overhead beams, drop down ceilings, corners...you should also plan for clearance of window trim as well...we have seen some awful basement designs where the windows were obviously neglected in the design phase by the clients/contractors... proper basement planning is the key to a successful basement renovation project...ask us for our basement design checklist!

Shower LED lights are a beautiful accent to any bathroom shower renovation...Both sleek and functional, shower LED lights provide additional brightness and style to any dark bathrooms.    Proper planning must be considered when looking to include LEDs into a bathroom shower renovation, but when done correctly the results can be absolutely amazing!

This floating wall mounted toilet that we incorporated into this beautiful home in Toronto showcases a very clean modern look...Toilets don't need to all look the exact same.  This wall mounted toilet eliminates the visual associated with bulky plumbing of traditional toilets.  The flushing console is also installed on the wall as well

Nest Thermostat in Canada

Nest thermostat has been a standard on many of our recent home renovations.  Nest thermostat learns your preferred temperature and allows you to always keep your home at the correct temperature.

Nest programs itself and is capable of automatically turning the temperature down in your home while you are away.

You can also configure Nest to adjust the temperature remotely via your smartphone.

The quality of the Milla door handle seems to be solid and top notch.

Home Painters Toronto
